Catering Supplies carries every plastic plate in every size...in every color, including plastic plates that look like china....and not just garden dinnerware
We specialize in plastic wedding plates, paper plates, plastic, foam and glass plates. Our paper plates have matching hot cups. Our plastic plates have matching plastic cups as well as plastic bowls. We've been told that some of our plastic wedding plates are too good to throw away and caterers have collected them to use over and over again. If you're cooking or catering food, we guarantee you will find the perfect plate here, wholesale, for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or any event. Any collection could be considered garden dinnerware but most mimic china elegant enough for an extravaganza If you have any questions, just e-mail Janyce, she loves to chat about party ideas.
Our Recommendations 1. Cocktail party - Two 7" plates per person for each two hours of serving should be sufficient for hors d'oeuvres. As an alternative, you can use toothpicks or beverage napkins. 2. Sit down brunch, lunch or dinner - One plate per person per course is usually enough. A 9" plate can be used for salads, sandwiches, or more informal meals. Caterers prefer the 10 1/4" plate for the main course as it holds a lot of food comfortably. You can use a 6" or 7 " plates for bread and butter, side dishes or even desserts, but the 6" size is really a bread and butter plate. 3. Buffet - Two to three plates per person for your main course plate should be enough. I know it sounds like a lot, but think about the last time you were at a buffet. How many times did you go back for more? As professionals for over 25 years, we have learned that whenever you think you have ordered enough, order 10% more, just in case. |
